The object of the company is the provision of services, in particular for the associated companies. The company may manufacture, process and distribute other products. The collection, processing and use of data shall be for this purpose.

The data controller processes the data on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a in conjunction. Art. 7 GDPR, to fulfill the contract and to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b, to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 c, or on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR insofar as processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the person responsible or a third party and provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects that require the protection of personal data do not outweigh them.
8. Affected rights
Each affected person has the right of access to the person responsible pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO, the right of correction under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to cancellation under Art. 17 DS-BER, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DS-GMO. In addition, it is possible to contact the supervisor responsible for the person responsible. Consents can be revoked at any time vis-à-vis the person responsible. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the personal data processed until the revocation.
According to Art. 21 DS-BER, the data subject may object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for reasons that arise from the particular situation of the person concerned.
9. Planned data transfer to third-party states
If data is transferred to states outside of the EU (“third countries”), we guarantee a reasonable level of data protection on the basis of the EU standard contract clauses.
