Our winery is located in the immediate vicinity of three German wine-growing regions – Rheingau, Rheinhessen and Nahe – and brings together the best of the wine world: quality, expertise and experience. Your wine-manager is the contact person for all matters regarding your project, a wine expert and a very strong networker at the same time. Your primary point of contact is the one in the driver‘s seat orchestrating all processes to lead your wine project to success. Meanwhile you benefit from extensive wine know-how (wine sensory, oenology, wine-growing business) and international experience equally.
Together with your wine-manager you develop the concept of your future wine which will subsequently be realised along the relevant steps of the production process. It only ends once your wine reaches its final destination. Your wine-manager will competently follow through with all quality checks along the process in order to create the best wine possible.

Great wine is created in the vineyard. This is known by winemakers and we know that, too. That is why we have an excellent network of suppliers around the world so we source your perfect liquid.
For years we are cultivating and nurturing longlasting relationships with winemakers and producers in all major wine growing regions around the world. They know about and embrace our commitment to quality. This is the basis for strategic purchasing of wines which is an essential part of the services we offer. To stay up to date our expert teams conduct trend analyses and visit wine fairs worldwide. This is how we observe and shape developments of the international wine market and connect with producers and potential suppliers.
Transporting products can quickly turn into a bureaucratic nightmare. Therefore, we take your wine on a safe trip and bring it across borders.
We know customs personally, take care of paperwork, deadlines and the smooth running of the wine journey. This includes transporting the wines from the winemaker to our winery in Langenlonsheim. There we have our own customs warehouse including all the necessary permits and the coveted AEO status. If you wish, we can also take care of the transport of the wines to the end customer or warehouse. So you can let your wine go on its journey with peace of mind.
Our cellar offers extensive capacities to store bulk wine not only right before the bottling but also over several months, if needed.
Tanks of different sizes at our location in Langenlonsheim enable storing batches of diverse volumes. A cooling system ensures stable temperatures which makes it possible to store wine longterm, e.g. over several months. This procedure will by no means affect the quality of the wine. With regular inspections we ensure the preservation of quality.
Quality is decisive for us. This is why we use strict controls to monitor the entire production process from the very first sample to the loading of the final product.
Our officially authorised internal wine lab helps us to run analyses in a short time frame speeding up the entire quality assurance procedures. This enable us to detect deviations from target values at an early stage, take countermeasures and avoid potential costs. The range of analyses thereby exceeds standard tests required for trading and can also imply additional parameters, if needed. Moreover, the bottling procedure of your wine is strictly monitored by our experts. At the beginning, during and after the filling samples are taken and hourly sterile controls are performed to guarantee a homogenous filling.

For some, global, European or even German wine and designation law is a book with seven seals. For our experts, it is everyday life.
They deal with all relevant topics and wine law issues with expertise and knowledge of the process. Constant exchange with associations and authorities ensures an extensive network of contacts spanning the entire wine industry. Should something go wrong, we are at your side. We regularly test scenarios for emergencies – this also makes us a competent partner in crisis management.
The eye also drinks. That’s why it’s not only the content that counts, but also the packaging of your wine. We take care of everything from the design of the label to the purchase of the dry goods.
If you wish, we can design artwork adapted to the wine and you can conveniently decide what you like best. We then take care of the production process – from the bottle to the closure and the carton. In doing this we attach great importance to the highest quality and know about the significance of the smallest details. However, we make sure that the high-quality equipment of your wine remains affordable. Through our reliable network of suppliers, we not only realise integrated packaging concepts but also price advantages for your dry goods.
We fill the most diverse bottle shapes and container sizes on our line. In the process, we maintain the quality and stand up to the biggest enemy: oxygen.
It is responsible for the ripening and oxidation processes in wine. Extensive competence in oxygen management is therefore the be-all and end-all during bottling. We use the process of headspace superimposition to reduce the oxygen content in the bottle to a minimum by means of CO2. In addition, the focus is on gentle processing with few operations. This is the only way to achieve an ideal oenological and qualitative balance for your wine. We keep a close eye on the quality and check the wine at regular intervals during the production cycle.
